Officially opened in July 2008, this building has an observation room overlooking the emergency call center, classrooms for EMT training, a conference lecture room, and support offices throughout.

The facility consists of an administration building which houses offices of the Fire Training Coordinator, Fire Investigation Unit, Hazardous Materials Response Team, and Technical Rescue Team in addition to class rooms and administrative space for Fire Training.
