Officially opened in July 2008, this building has an observation room overlooking the emergency call center, classrooms for EMT training, a conference lecture room, and support offices throughout.
Regal Bag was built in the 1830’s as Newburgh Steam Mills, manufacturing cloth. Later the building housed Coldwell Lawnmower Co., and is currently a pocketbook factory.
