Eventrix Productions was founded by Andrew Romulo in 2005. His journey into the production industry began right out of high school working as an intern at the world famous Rainbow Room(1998). Studying under the brightest and most talented engineers in the field, he quickly grew from stagehand to sound designer, gaffer to technical guru. Mixing for top performers such as Lou Rawls, Natalie Cole, Ray Charles just to name a few.

After leaving the Rainbow Room in (2001) he began working for top production companies throughout New York City. In 2004 he accepted the position of assistant technical manager at Columbia University. One of his many roles included the coordination and planning of over a hundred student productions in the Alfred Lerner Hall Student Center (2004-2007). Andrew also helped to facilitate thousands of events per year consisting of both student and non university affiliated productions. During his time there he had the opportunity to engineer for a wide range of performers from John Legend to Sarah Silverman as well as city and state officials like Mayer Bloomberg and Senator Hillary Clinton. Andrew’s long time dream has been to make a living out of a passion. “Only when you can wake up each day and say I love what I do, can one say they are truly successful.”

Andrew continues his legacy through the many successes of his company. Eventrix Productions has truly become more than just a business but an extension of himself, his principles, philosophies and beliefs.
