Filmed over the past nine months right here in Orange County, NY and the greater Hudson Valley, Best Medicine stars Josh Charles as Dr. Martin Best—a brilliant, blunt Boston surgeon whose no-nonsense bedside manner collides head-on with quirky small-town life.

Inspired by Doc Martin, the series blends sharp comedy with warmth and heart, featuring an outstanding cast including Abigail Spencer, Annie Potts, Josh Segarra, and Cree Cicchino.
